Avicel
MCC is modified cellulose, tasteless and odorless fine powder, almost insoluble in water, ethanol methanol, methyl benzene. It is modified cellulose after hydrolysis of natural cellulose. It is chemically inert, can be combined with all active components. It has good adhesion and plastic deformation. It can improve the hardness of tablets and promote its collapse.

Ethyl cellulose
